Service Guidelines

•    All legal documents must be complete; we will not be liable or responsible for incomplete documents or secretary error. However, we will communicate any and all problems immediately if they should arise. We will proceed per attorney directive to correct documentation error.

•    A minimum of 1 piece will be charged for any special request service that is not canceled prior to pick-up.

•    All fees for service are due within 30 days of service date. Any invoice not paid on time will be charged a monthly $5.00 Late Fee.

•    All fees are subject to change.

Fee Schedule

* Legal Courier Services - $15.50/hour and .50/mile          
 
     - Round trip travel from your location to Point of Interest         

     - Minimum 1 hour service on all service

* E-File Services - $15.50/service
    
      -An additional $10.00/hour for administrative problems or errors associated with filing

* Process of Service - $30.00 Service Fee and .50/mile         

     - 3 attempts to be made unless otherwise advised

     - Same day Process of Service or any service requested as a rush will incur an additional charge

* Additional Courier/Delivery Expenses (Parking costs, copy fees, court fees)  are not included in fees and will be included with invoicing

* Fees subject to change without notice. These usually will occur due to fluctuating gas prices.

Late Charges will be assessed on all invoices after 30 days.
