Service Guidelines
: All Fees are Due Upon Receipt * All fees are subject to change.
* All legal documents must be complete; we will not be liable or responsible for incomplete documents or secretary error.
However, we will communicate any and all problems immediately if they should arise. We will proceed per attorney directive
to complete task(s).
* A minimum of 1 piece will be charged for any special request service that is not canceled prior to pick-up.
* All fees for service are due within 14 days of receiving invoicing. Any invoice not paid on time will be charged a monthly
Late Fee.
* Same day service request or a rush service will incur an additional $30.00 charge.
Fee Schedule
- All Fees are Due Upon Receipt of Invoice
* Legal Courier Services
- Minimum 1 hour service fee on all services.
- $15.00/hour (as opposed to our normal delivery service fee) will be applied for administrative services associated with
filing or errand (i.e..Printing email copies to be delivered to clients or Judge's chambers or, any administrative corrections
for your process).
- A Retainer must be sent to process services that require court/copy/parking fees and Service of Process. We will not pay
for client expenses unless special arrangements have been pre-arranged.
* Process Service
- 3 attempts will be made unless otherwise advised
- Same day Process of Service or any service requested as a rush will incur an additional $30.00 charge
* Additional Courier/Delivery Expenses (Parking fees) are not included

* Fees subject to change without notice; these usually will occur due to fluctuating gas prices.
Late Charges will be assessed on all late invoices - DUE UPON RECEIPT
